Dusten oversees all operations and commercial projects at Applied Installations.

As a second-generation industry businessman, Dusten had a vision to start and manage his own business and create a company where exceptional customer service and a job well done were at the forefront of everything he did. He strives to cultivate a working environment where customer and employee satisfaction are priorities.

Dusten’s extensive first-hand experience working across multiple sectors of the construction industry, coupled with his unrelenting passion are what makes Applied Installations a first choice for all of your needs.




With a Honour’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Various Postgraduate Qualifications in Management and 25 years’ hands on experience, Bernie executes a combination of site experience with project management and estimating skills in a demanding industry.

As a Civil engineer, Bernie completes estimation’s, makes sure that tenders are submitted on time and that all projects are delivered to the clients’ specification.

Bernie’s varied experience has resulted in a solid understanding of commercial realities along with the capability to track, report and manage to budget.




Lee joined Applied Installations in 2012 and has continuously demonstrated his ability to manage varying projects on a small to large scale. His passion for the industry and attention to detail enables him to carry out works to the highest of standards going above and beyond client requirements.

Lee’s knack for communicating on all levels has created strong relationships across the board and has made him an integral member of the Applied team.




Brad represents the company and brand with great pride. He understands the need to be organised and efficient in relation to servicing our clients. Whether it is a project, routine maintenance or service work, Brad fulfils our clients’ needs 24/7. Brad has the skill and experience to troubleshoot complex issues within the plumbing industry and communicates effectively to all authorities and clients as required.




As with all good businesses, Applied Installations has found that the key to a smooth operation is good customer service and administration staff. Veronika makes sure that everything on the admin front runs smoothly and with teams working throughout the state this isn’t always an easy job. She also makes sure that when a client places a call to Applied Installations they get to talk to the right person, and if they can’t be reached, she is in charge of the follow up, making sure that call backs happen as quickly as possible.




The hub of head office Julie is responsible for ensuring that the team is where it needs to be when it needs to be. She is committed to expanding and developing the business into new areas and follows the doctrine of “own what you do” and is proud of the system of accountability that has been built within the business. An expert communicator if Julie can’t sort it then no one can.
